School Summer Fair - Kermesse

With the end of the school year fast approaching, we are starting to organise the School summer fair. It will be held on Saturday 4th June 2016.
Without your help, we won't be able to have a school fair.
We need your help:
- We will need parents in charge of the stalls, in charge of the drinks/food and in charge of the entrance. In total around 20 parents are needed.
- These parents would have to commit to be there on the 4th of June from noon to 6:00 pm.
- Your role will be to set up your stall, manage your stall's volunteers and tidy up after the school fair.
Regular meetings will be organised to make sure everyone is well informed of the day's planning.

La fin de l'année scolaire arrive vite et nous avons com mencé à organiser la kermesse. Elle aura lieu le
samedi 4 juin 2016.
Sans votre aide, la kermesse ne pourra pas avoir lieu.
Nous avons besoin :
- De parents pour être responsables des stands (le matériel sera fourni), pour organiser les buffets et pour tenir la billetterie de l'entrée. Au total nous avons besoin d'environ 20 personnes.
- Nous demandons aux parents qui se porteraient volontaires de bien vouloir s'engager à être présents du début à la fin de la kermesse, soit de midi à 19h.
- Votre rôle sera de préparer votre stand, de gérer les volontaires de votre stand et de ranger votre stand après la kermesse.
Des réunions auront lieu pour s'assurer que chaque responsable est informé du déroulement de l'après midi. Il nous faut en tout une vingtaine de volontaires à temps plein sur cette kermesse.
