Message of Tony O'Grady : New Head Chef CFBL Canteen

Dear All
 
Francis’ retirement
 
Due to his recent ill health, Holroyd’s Head Chef at CFBL, Francis Bureau, has decided to retire now rather than wait till the end of the school year. If you wish to thank Francis for his work at CFBL & to wish him an enjoyable retirement, please sign the card at reception. I will meet Francis during the Easter holiday to give him the card & a present from CFBL.
 
New Head Chef

A temporary Head Chef will be here during the week of April 20 and a new Head Chef, Stéphane Andrieu, will arrive here on April 27. Stéphane is French & a very experienced Chef. Before joining Holroyd Howe he worked for Sodexo & Elior, first in Paris and then, since 2012, in London.
 
I will organise a meeting of CFBL’s Restaurant Committee at the end of May and we would welcome your comments on the food or any other aspects of the lunch service.
